Princess, I am so suprise, how ever, if I may ask, what part of the states you are residing? I mean what is your state of residence?

I am here in New Jersey; we have kittily, bitter ball and what ever food or ingredient you may want to add to your stew.I am not talking about dry meat. Philidelphia is another lieu where most of these thing can be found.

Oh please help me God, if we were voting, I would put my two hands and two feet up for Palm Butter”, cooked with those small bitter balls, CatFish head, Crabs and lubsters (crabfish), and placed by a warm plate of rice! Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. That’s my holiday special! lol

I once posted my fave dish(s) and my word is my bound, that is why I’m down with Cassava Leaf & rice especially prepared today and eaten early in the morning the next day before going out that I will find myself snoozling somewhere, than I know I’ve eaten my fave dish. But if you want me to be in good rapo with you, always prepare my light thing like “BEANS” be it fried or not every 3 times a week. If I may suggest, it’s good for all athletics cause it keeps the energy going. Palmbutter will do but on sundays that way it makes me like it all the time. Wollor or however it’s spelt, is occasional dish for me, that is on hollidays. But I will tell you, a typical Liberian will not go a whole month without swallowing. That is why my fufu with cocconut soup that has those big sea crabs, dried fish, crawfish and maybe some fresh fish will be a great deal for me. Cook that for me and I will give the world. If you want to see me get choked but not hurt, prepare rice with okra mixed in it along with palm oil soup that has red snapper fish, fresh crawfish with some dried fish, then I know you mean no harm to me but to prepare my favorite. But make sure I have cold glass of water with me so that when that heatcough starts, I can calm it down with my drink. Oh how watery my mouth is right now. Are yours watery too?
