What do you really mean when you say ‘bluff’, because “bluff” means pretense. If you mean the show of pride about their outward appearance, then I think it is simply because they value and have pride in their appearance. And also, do not forget that any such judgement is relative, and objective. They consider themselves what they feel about themselves, and not what “you” feel about them. Nice day.

all these have not defined beauty. there is a clear-cut difference btw definition and description or even instantiation.

i define beauty as not only an outward appearance of radiance but what is on the inside of a person. you can be the most beautiful man or woman in the world but as we liberians say and you can have “dirty ways” which can really ruin your outward appearance. that’s why you see now a days when you are walkin and you see a man or woman with someone you don’t feel they would be attracted to. you wonder it’s not the outside they are lookin at anymore its the inside

For me, Beauty is not what you see on the outside, but rather, it can be rightly defined as intransit value embedded within an individual.

It stays and does not fade away with the passage of time.

Beauty from the outside cannot be trusted, because it is not guaranteed and fades away easily if the condition said individual is living under is not condusive.

So I advice, wheen you are searching for beauty, such for values.
