I am scary to death; will the Lone star make it this time around to participate in the African cup of Nations and the World cup?

ever since the war in the country,the Liberia lone star have not yet been performing up to standard.They went to the African cup of nation in 2002 which was hosted by mail.they started well by failed to reach the next stage.Then then the just ended African and world cup qualifier where they were camped in Germany to train and yet they failed to qualify for ANGOLA 2008. so my fellow Liberian 'Do you think the Liberian lone star is ready to step on the scene of both the African and the world cup?
